Crystallizer Branch Company of Yantai Dongxing Group Co., Ltd. founded in July 2003 specializes in manufacturing copper pipe and assembly of crystallizer. The long-life copper pipes of crystallizer have been supplied to more than 70 steel mills of the whole country. There are 130 staffs including 12 professionals. The workshop covers area about ten thousand square meters with more than 40 pieces of equipment of production and test. Square billet, rectangular billet, round billet, beam blank (H shape), convex, copper pipe of diamond crystallizer and assembly of crystallizer can be designed and manufactured. Inner cavity is bipyramid, polyhedral cone, hyperbola or parabola. Composite electroplate line and complete quality guarantee system have been built. Yearly output is more than 30 thousand pieces. Forged and pressed oxygen lance nozzle is developed and its lifetime is much longer than that of cast oxygen lance nozzle.
